| BESC was formed in July 2002. The dream of its founder was to build business upon the basic principles of quality, trust, and value. In July of 2003 BESC consolidated business with Datasmith Technologies, Inc. and Certified Applications, LLC. This consolidation furthered the abilities of BESC to offer a 12-year record of world class service and quality in the software engineering and development space.
Today, BESC continues to serve government and private sector customers. Our ability to bring diverse resources to bear upon difficult problems gives our customers a sense of confidence that they are able to reach their goals, no matter how lofty.

President and CEO - Joseph Bozzay
Mr. Bozzay has over 25 years experience in executive management, systems engineering, systems integration, RF communications, systems development and operations. Mr. Bozzay has held key executive positions; Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Operations, VP of Business Development and Advanced Programs, Strategy.com VP of Software Development and Data Center Operations, Raytheon, VP of Enterprise Information Systems, Hughes Information Systems Director of Special Programs and various other management and operations positions.
Chief Information Technology Officer - John Cook
Mr. Cook is a seasoned computer professional with over 20 years of practical work experience. His areas of specialty include system's architecture, design, and implementation with an emphasis on timeliness, quality and process. Among his accomplishments are several web-accessible, infrastructure-critical applications. In addition to maintaining the highest level of technical ability and performance, as a business owner, he is also uniquely familiar with the practicalities of managing people, projects, and business requirements.
Director Re-Engineering - Greg Robinson
Mr. Robinson has over 10 years of business experience, focused on implementing organizational change, backed by 10 years of technical leadership in software engineering and systems development. His experience spans military and civil government, not-for-profit and for-profit private industry. His strong technical background influences his work with organizations in developing and improving processes. |
